● Valid License: You must hold a full UK, EU, or international driving license.
● Age: You must be between 25 and 75 years old, or 30 to 75 years for certain high-performance cars.
● Driving Experience: ○ UK License Holders: Must have held your driving license for at least 2 years.
○ EU & International License Holders: Must have held your driving license for at least 2 years, including any additional drivers.
● Clean Record: No unspent motoring convictions.
● Sobriety: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair your ability to drive the vehicle or operate it illegally.

Once you're happy with everything and have made the payment, we’ll finalize your booking and confirm the reservation!
Simply visit gov.uk/view-driving-licensed to generate your check code and send it to us as part of the verification process.
This helps ensure that your driving history is valid and that you're eligible to rent a vehicle from us.

Once your payment is processed, we’ll confirm your booking!
Whether it's a short-term rental or an extended stay, we have flexible options to suit your needs.
However, if the car is returned more than 6 hours late, we will need to charge the daily rental rate for the extra time. This is because we may have another customer scheduled to use the car.
Communication is key, so please keep us updated if you're going to be late!
If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental starting, we can only offer a 50% refund, as we may not be able to rebook the vehicle on short notice.
We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, so we can assist you accordingly.

We’ll simply charge you for the fuel you've used, based on the pump price, so you don’t have to worry about refueling before returning the vehicle.
For locations outside of London, there will be an additional charge, but we’ll always let you know the cost in advance before you complete your booking.

Speeding Ticket: If you receive a speeding ticket, we will also notify you. There is an admin fee of £15.00 for processing. As the driver at the time of the offence, we will nominate you as the responsible party, and the ticket will be sent to you directly in the post.
Paying promptly will secure your booking and ensure that we can guarantee the car you’ve chosen, helping to avoid any disappointment.
We will confirm the exact deposit amount when you make your booking.
If the vehicle is damaged, you’ll be responsible for the cost of repairs, or, if the vehicle is deemed unrepairable or we choose not to repair it, the actual cash retail value of the vehicle on the date of the loss.
The deposit will typically be returned to you within 3-5 business days after the car is returned.
